Located in the Haute Vienne just outside the market town of Bellac our house was renovated with our guests in mind and has specially designed for your comfort during your stay. We are open all year round, all rooms have their own bathrooms and are equipped with all items you need to make your visit with us enjoyable. Each bedroom has been purposely equipped for your comfort. The quality bed linens are used throughout and the seats are comfortable and relaxing. In your room you will find tea, coffee and mineral water, hairdryer and shower room, a selection of toiletries.

Bel Air is a small hamlet just outside St Bonnet de Bellac, an attractive village with a bakery, a local shop and two bar / restaurants. A restaurant, English owned L'Etape, is also a tobacco. Bel Air, with its own small brewery, is less than 10 minutes from Bellac, the local town market. Bellac, with its supermarkets, restaurants, shops, theater, cinema and banks, as well as the old scenic city walks and river, provides all the equipment for which one could want. Ideally situated as a base to allow the surrounding region to be discovered and appreciated, Bel Air, located in the center and with its excellent road approach in all directions is also a perfect stop for those traveling further afield. Limoges airport is less than 40 minutes away and Poitiers the journey of less than an hour. Built 1850, probably to the local castle, the house has undergone many changes since then and has now been brought to the standards of the 21st century while maintaining its character. Wherever possible, original features have been retained, the old hardwood floors have been completely renovated top, the original hand hewn ceiling rods and restored fireplaces. Provided in the French Provincial style, the house now combines the modern comfortable and spacious accommodation with a distinct French accent. The guest lounge has satellite TV, DVD and games consoles and a library area silent seperate is provided. WiFi is available for guest use. All our bedrooms are large, newly decorated and well furnished. While framing the bed may be old, bases and mattresses are new with quality bed linen used throughout and the seats are comfortable and relaxing. In your room you will find tea, coffee and mineral water, hairdryer and shower room, a selection of toiletries. The sunny courtyard, with its great original bread oven and a covered veranda, provides seating and private dining equipment. As the house does not smoke this area is available for those who want to smoke. The gardens and orchard rejuvenate undergo a commander to take greater account of the seating areas and guests are welcome to use it at all times.
